Our jewelry is hand-made using only the finest components:
Swarovski® crystals, sterling silver and 14-karat gold-filled
beads. Each color represents a specific cause.
Committed to caring, we also believe in accurate
communication so as to ensure content customers who will support
our efforts. Therefore, we have committed space on our web
site to tell you not only about our jewelry but also our growing
business. First and most importantly, we support prevention,
education and research for various cancers, diseases and societal
concerns by donating ten percent of all bracelet proceeds

Pricing
We price each piece of jewelry based on the
labor and components used to create it. Products, prices and
promotions may vary slightly between our web site, brochure
and stores where our items are sold for various reasons, including
fluctuations in the gold and silver markets. Our beautiful,
quality jewelry items are reasonably priced. All of our beaded
jewelry has been designed and handcrafted by many volunteers
and employees of the Jewels For Cures® company.
When we receive an Internet order, Jewels for
Cures® will send an order confirmation within two business
days, indicating the anticipated shipment date. Jewelry order
processing time varies from one day to two weeks depending
on inventory availability and special requests.

Proper Bracelet Sizing
A properly fitting bracelet will allow one or
two fingers to fit between the bracelet and one’s wrist..
An incorrect fit may cause the bracelet to break or fall off.
We recommend measuring your wrist using a cloth measuring
tape (or string and ruler) and adding one inch for a near-perfect
fit. You can also measure one of your own bracelets. On our
large beaded bracelets, we adjust the bracelet length to account
for the effect the larger beads have on the fit. Thus, by
specifying your wrist measurement in the comments section
during checkout, we can ensure a more accurate fit.
If you are purchasing a bracelet as a gift,
use our sizing chart on the Shopping Cart page to determine

We offer your choice of lobster claw clasps
or toggles for our bracelet closures. Both round and heart-shaped
clasps are available. Indicate your clasp preference in the
Shopping Cart.
Sales Tax:
Kansas residents will be charged 7.80% in state
and local tax.
Jewelry Care
All of our items are sterling silver. We provide
a few important recommendations to keep your jewelry looking
as “sparkly” as the day you received it. The best
way to care for your silver is to WEAR IT! Your body oils
tend to keep tarnishing to a minimum.
If you are not wearing your silver, the best
place to keep your jewelry is in a plastic (not polyvinyl)
bag. We ship all of our items in a plastic, zipper-closure
bag that includes a 3-M™ anti-tarnish tab, which minimizes
tarnish and keeps your silver bright and shiny. Oxidation
and air moisture cause silver to tarnish. Avoid exposing your
silver to cleaning solutions such as ammonia and chlorinated
water to prevent damage to your silver.

Strong chemicals will damage all jewelry parts,
and constant wear can stress the components, potentially resulting
in breakage.
Restring Yearly if Constantly
Worn
However, for those who chose to wear their bracelets continuously,
we recommend restringing approximately once every year. The
SoftFlex® wire onto which we string the beads is the best
in the industry, but can change and weaken over time. To ensure
that these precious items are not lost, restring is recommended.
Cleaning and Polishing
Use a silver-polishing cloth to shine your silver, or to remove
tarnish. Sunshine Polish Cloths® are the best we have
found, and are what we use to polish our inventory. You can
find them on our Accessories page (link to accessories page).
At only $5 apiece, you may want to purchase several! If you
do not have a silver polish cloth, a flannel cloth or 100%
cotton cloth will suffice. For items that are more tarnished,
you may use various formulated tarnish-removing agents to
clean your silver, such as Hagerty Silver Care products. These
can be found at your local department stores, fine jewelry
stores, or on line.
Alterations & Repairs
Our warranty covers any broken or defective
jewelry items for 30 days from the date of purchase. After
30 days, the following repair and alteration charges apply.
Include:
a. the receipt from the original purchase.
b. full payment for alteration and repair costs. These must
be paid in full before service is performed.
c. A written description of what needs to be repaired, or
state that it is a return.

Defective Jewelry
We will repair or replace defective products at no cost for
up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Receipts must accompany
return for repair. We require prepayment of service costs
and shipping fees.
For Your Complete Satisfaction
If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with
your purchase, you may return it within 30 days after purchasing
providing the item has not been worn or damaged (less shipping
expenses).
Custom Jewelry
Please note: there is a 20% restocking fee on any custom-designed
jewelry item.
Exclusion
Accidental breakage and excessive wear and tear are not covered
in our guarantee. Please see our Jewelry

Backordered Jewelry
We attempt to keep adequate inventory to meet our demand.
Despite this, from time to time we find ourselves out of stock
on certain favorites. We will notify you of our inventory
status as soon as possible.
If, at that time, any item in your order is
backordered, we will notify you of this in the order confirmation
e-mail we send to those ordering over the Internet.
• If you have opted to hold any backordered
items, we will contact you when they are again available.
• Should you accept backordered items, we will bill
these items to the original credit card and ship your items
when they become available.
You may also decline any backordered items.
We will contact you that your item is again in stock as soon
as it becomes available, and then will await your reply, holding
your selections for you for 7 days. If we have not heard from
you 7 days after contacting you, we will return the stock
to our inventory.
